Once you have established that you have discipline and patience, then you must get your poker game right. In that department you will need a full bankroll, good poker skills and good tracking abilities. If you are not tracking everything then there is no way to know how much money you are making or if you are even a winning poker player. Not only that, but if you are going to get better at poker you must also be able to be honest with yourself. Everybody thinks they are winning poker player, but most are not. You have to analyze your game, and if you cannot be honest with yourself you will never get better and you will never make money playing poker in the long run.

The nice part about poker online is that you can multiply your win rate and profits drastically. There are a lot more selections and you can play poker at 20+ tables at the same time, if you are multi-tabling. It just takes a lot of practice and a lot of skill. If you can put it all together then you could make more money playing poker than you could ever imagine. Although it's not common, it does happen.
